This past June, after years of engagement and work, the City of St. Louis officially adopted the weCollab resident-led reinvestment plan for the West End and Visitation Park neighborhoods! Resident leaders designed the plan, while incorporating hundreds of residents and stakeholders’ feedback about the future of the West End and Visitation Park.

Over the last year we have engaged hundreds of residents and stakeholders about the future of the West End and Visitation Park. The input gathered during this inclusive and resident-led process led to the creation of this Draft of the weCollab Resident-Led Reinvestment Plan.
WeCollab is a resident-led neighborhood planning collaboration between the West End and Visitation Park neighborhoods of St. Louis. The plan that will emerge from this process is intended to guide growth and development in an organized, efficient, and equitable manner over the next 20 years. The project is funded by Invest STL and is in partnership with the City of St. Louis and the Cornerstone Corporation.
